How does the TimelessTome process work?

The process involves three stages: Plan, where you customize call topics and schedule sessions; Review, where you check and refine call transcriptions and access recordings; and Edit, where you can edit the enhanced content, upload pictures and edit the design of your final printed book.

Can I customize the questions asked during the calls?

Yes! Through the Topic Planner page, you can modify the themes and main questions for each call, tailoring the conversations to your unique life experiences.

Can I order extra copies later?

Yes, you can order extra copies later! While one book is included with the service, you can purchase additional copies directly from the platform once your book is finished.

How are the calls scheduled?

Calls can be scheduled at your convenience using the Call Scheduling page on our platform. You can select the dates and times that work best for you.

What happens after each call?

After each call, a transcript is generated, which you can review and modify on the Transcriptions page. You'll also have access to the audio recording of the call on the Call Recordings page.

Can I add photos and other details to my stories?

Absolutely! In the Content Management section, you can edit enhanced transcriptions and upload pictures to accompany your stories, adding a personal touch to your narrative.

How is the final book created?

Each call theme is carefully crafted into a dedicated chapter of your final book, ensuring the transcripts are transformed into concise, polished narratives while preserving the authenticity of your stories. After completing all calls and making necessary edits, you can further personalize the layout and design of your book on the Final Book page. The result is a professionally printed memoir that not only captures the essence of your stories but also maintains the genuine tone and personality of your unique journey.

How many photos can I add?

There is limit of 2 photos per call theme that you can include.

We support standard photo formats such as JPEG and PNG.

What happens if I miss a phone call?

If you miss a phone call, the system will automatically attempt to call you two more times, with 10-minute intervals between each attempt. If these additional attempts are also unsuccessful, you will need to reschedule the missed call through the platform. You can easily do this on the Call Scheduling page, ensuring that your storytelling journey continues smoothly.

Can I change the order of my stories in the printed book?

Yes, you can change the order of your stories in the printed book. During the final editing stage on the platform, you'll have the ability to rearrange the chapters to ensure the book flows exactly how you want it. This allows you to create a narrative that best represents your life journey.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our customer support for a full refund.

How long does the entire process take?

The timeline varies depending on how often you schedule calls and the time you take to review and edit your content. Typically, the entire process can be completed within a few months.
